Refund policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us with an opening image and opening video of the item. We will process your return request promptly.

Key Details:

•    Return Window: You have 1 day from the delivery date, as confirmed by our courier partners, to initiate a return.
•    Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the product at our warehouse, contingent on inspection.
•    Return Shipping Fee: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
•    Liquid items: If liquid items are damaged during transit, we will replace them upon receipt of video and image proof.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our use of third-party logistics and delivery partners, once an order is dispatched, cancellation becomes challenging.
•    Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount you paid as soon as possible, subject to the terms outlined above.
