  • For Cash on Delivery orders, a nominal ₹30 handling charge applies.

If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund (if prepaid) will be issued.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Cancellation requests made after dispatch or more than 24 hours after placing the order may not be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery timeline within India:
2–7 working days from shipping date.

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or high demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist in resolving such issues.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 1 day of delivery.
  • Clear opening video and images must be provided as proof.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days after product inspection.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise stated.
