Order Processing and Shipping
Once you place your order, it will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, you’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cancellation
Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests after your order has been dispatched or if the cancellation request is made more than 24 hours after placing the order.
Delivery Timeframe
For most locations in India, delivery typically occurs within 2 to 7 working days from the shipping date.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal fee of ₹30 will be charged to cover handling costs.
Order Status Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive your order within 9 days of the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at care@nobleautocare.in with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
